In connection with our business expansion, Intellias is strengthening its capabilities in delivery leadership. We are looking for a seasoned executive to join us as VP of Delivery in the Digital business segment (Head of Delivery Segment). This role strategically manages operations of over 700 people, with a focus on scaling the business. The primary responsibilities include shaping delivery strategies aligned with company goals and contributing to overall corporate strategy. The role reports directly to the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO).
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the Delivery Organization:
Leading a team of directors to deliver high-quality services to clients.
Developing and implementing best practices and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Driving innovation through exploration and adoption of new technologies and tools.
Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within delivery teams.
Building Client Relationships and Supporting Business Development:
Collaborating with clients to understand their business goals and developing tailored solutions.
Maintaining strong relationships with key clients for smooth project delivery and ongoing success.
Involvement in top-priority pre-sales activities, providing guidance and support to ensure sales success.
Working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute segment strategies.
Driving Technological Innovation:
Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies for application in solutions and services.
Developing and executing an innovation strategy aligned with business objectives.
Staying updated with the latest trends in software engineering to keep the team at the industry forefront.
Requirements:
Over 10 years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing within well-established companies (3000+ employees).
Proven experience managing an engineering organization of 700+ staff, with demonstrated results.
Strong program and portfolio management skills, with expertise in Agile methodologies.
Deep knowledge of modern software engineering practices, with experience as a solution architect or similar being advantageous.
Understanding of Digital business landscapes and trends.
Visionary leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong management presence.
Experience in strategic planning and execution.
Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented attitude, willing to go the extra mile.
Comprehensive understanding of large IT outsourcing organizational structures, governance, and processes.
Experience with business development, sales, and account management in service industries.
Financial management skills, including P&L oversight for large service organizations.
Educational background: MSc or Ph D in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields; an MBA or similar is a plus.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel frequently.
