We are looking for a Ui Path Developer to join our team in Granada. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of automation solutions while also supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
Role/Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Ui Path across a variety of client projects
Ensure high-quality delivery of automation solutions, meeting project timelines and standards
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business processes and implement effective automation solutions
Contribute to team knowledge sharing and support the mentoring of more junior developers
Follow and help reinforce development best practices and standards across projects
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability of automation workflows
Translate business requirements into technical solutions within Ui Path
Qualifications for the ideal candidate:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Ui Path (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)
5+ years of overall software development experience
Experience with programming or scripting (e.g., Python, C#, or similar), with the ability to write structured, maintainable code
Strong understanding of RPA concepts, including exception handling and logging
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in client-facing environments
Comfortable working in a collaborative team and contributing to mentoring and knowledge sharing
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice To Have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Experience mentoring or supporting more junior developers
Experience working in consulting or client delivery environments
Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., REFramework)
Based in or near Granada (or willing to travel occasionally to the office)
Location: Granada, Spain (with occasional in-office presence — approximately once per month)
