Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the full lifecycle of training activities in Spain Market, including planning, delivering onsite or online training, and following up training.
- Proactively building territory plans for assigned territory with input from Management and Sales.
- Identifying desired customer learning objectives and outcomes, based on customer/stakeholder needs assessments.
- Guiding learners across the lifecycle of their Roborock products, including best practices and product expertise.
- Design and deliver live (synchronous), customized onsite or online product training.
- Developing and producing quality, branded educational videos and guided learning paths.
- Preparing user guides and learning materials.
- Maintaining in-depth product knowledge, including the understanding of future enhancements.
- Advocating on behalf of customers, providing suggestions and feedback regarding product enhancements and improvements to improve product quality.
- Provide leadership to assess training team members' strengths effectively, create an environment of open communication and collaboration, and work towards achieving team goals.
Required qualifications
- University Bachelor's degree,
- At least 2 years of experience in preparing, training and tracking training content in the field of training,
- Experienced in training planning and organization,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Good command of MS Office programs,
- Able to work in a solution and target oriented manner,
- Having a proactive perspective and objective,
- Responsible for job follow-up and finalization,
- Highly motivated, prone to teamwork,
- Able to keep up with the intense work tempo, advanced time management,
- Analytical perspective, advanced reporting skills,
- Able to use training platforms,
- No travel restrictions, have a Class B driver's license
