Within the Corporate Security Operations Holding area, we are looking to hire a Service Owner for the Evolution & Discovery (EVO) services within the IDENTIFY block.
This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of the services within your scope, from launch to decommissioning. You will coordinate processes, integrations, and components necessary for operational excellence. Responsibilities include creating documentation, operational procedures, dashboards, ticketing, and notifications. You will regularly communicate with countries and scale-outs about new features and gather feedback (Stakeholder Management). You will also monitor deliverables quality and SLA compliance with providers and internal consumers.
About the job : Main functions :
Define, evolve, and monitor service capabilities and deliverables.
Manage client requests, comments, and suggestions, maintaining regular interaction with relevant areas.
Create and maintain service documentation, operational procedures, and capability descriptions.
Design use cases considering technological capabilities and operational criteria.
Analyze and monitor technological capacities required for service delivery with relevant stakeholders.
Define and monitor SLAs with providers and clients.
Manage stakeholders : clients, providers, and related departments contributing to service delivery.
What we are looking for :
Requirements :
University degree in computer engineering, telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
Over 5 years of experience as a technical leader or expert in security systems monitoring.
Strong theoretical knowledge of networks, communications, endpoints, operating systems, virtualization, cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), monitoring systems (SIEM, SOAR), and critical security infrastructure.
Proven experience leading services provided by external vendors and managing multi-country projects.
Experience in high-transaction, large, complex, and international organizational environments.
Strategic thinking, analytical skills, planning, results-oriented.
High influence and credibility as a technical leader.
Ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of regulatory environment and risk management principles.
Good communication skills and willingness to travel.
