to join our team of experts in the telecommunications industry for our customer -

Xiaomi.
Responsibilities

Follow up on after-sales issues in Spain, work with the local team, assist R&D with stress testing, provide accurate logs, and support quick issue resolution.
Verify R&D solutions locally, considering user habits and network conditions to ensure effectiveness.
Support local service stations in testing during the EWP project, reproduce faults, monitor issues, record key problems, and track until resolved.
Handle assigned tasks, collaborate with the after-sales team, and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements

Experience in testing; modem or field testing preferred. Knowledge of telecom networks in Spain and Germany.
Strong test design skills; able to create effective local test scenarios and conduct stress tests based on user feedback.
Fluent Chinese preferred; good English required for coordination with HQ and local teams.
Willing to travel for work; having a private car and driver's license is a plus.
