The PositionAbout Roche Diagnostics Roche Diagnostics is a division of the Swiss Roche Group, dedicated to the continuous improvement of healthcare. We develop innovative, safe and fast systems for the in-vitro diagnostics market, for patient self-monitoring and for the research community.Scope: Provide specialized telephone technical and applications support to users of our analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines, maintaining an excellent level of communication, follow-up and proactive collaboration with the customer to achieve rapid resolution of any issues or requests raised. We work remotely and the company sends the equipment.Required profile:-Students of Biomedical Engineering and/or Biomedicine.-Able to make curricular and/or extracurricular internship agreements.-Languages: Spanish, English (conversational and good writing skills) Portuguese is a must.-Proactive-Solution-oriented-Teamwork and collaboration-Interest in new technologies- Analytical thinking
