Job Responsibilities:
- Generate daily operational reports to monitor performance across different stages of last mile delivery.
- Analyze key metrics such as labor productivity, vehicle utilization, and GPS data to support efficiency improvements.
- Follow up on on-site improvement actions based on daily performance data.
- Assist in designing and executing performance evaluation plans for frontline operational roles.
Requirements:
- Background in logistics, operations, statistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with SQL or data tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and good at communication.
- Available for a 6-month internship, preferably full-time.
