Software Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications by designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and working closely with the development team to improve software quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the development team to define test plans and acceptance criteria for new features and software releases.
Design and develop test cases and scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability.
Execute test plans and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
Document and report software defects and issues using issue tracking tools.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that defects are resolved and software quality is maintained.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to improve test efficiency and coverage.
Participate in code reviews and design discussions to provide feedback on software quality and testability.
Continuously improve the quality assurance process by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest software testing tools, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Experience with software testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, and Test NG.
Experience with issue tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
