Supervise and carry out the tasks that form part of the tendering process, as well as assigning tasks related to presales / offering. In addition to the functions / tasks required for less experienced positions within the same field, the following specific duties apply:
Ability to deal with bids of all complexities.
Analysis of the requests for proposals received, classification and distribution of the work within the team.
Identify and consolidate opportunity risks (KPIS, SLAs, billing cycles...) in coordination with the other roles involved.
Participation in meetings with the customer in order to record the requirements of the proposal and with third parties for the evaluation of the joint work model.
Participation in the defence of the proposal to the customer together with the market and areas.
Definition, review and monitoring of internal procedures and standards.
Evaluation and training of V levels below said position.
Comply with Data Protection regulations as well as in matters of Information Security Management (ISM) based on the UNE-ISO / IEC standard; in environmental management systems under ISO 14.001 certification; in quality management system under ISO 9.001 certification; in information technology services management system ISO / IEC 20.000-1; in information security management system ISO / IEC 27.001.
Uphold exemplary conduct with regards to ethics and compliance, as a way to develop and promote an ethical and compliance culture, specifically following the Code of Ethics, the Criminal Compliance Policy, the Anti-corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy and other internal regulations that pertain to the Criminal Compliance Management System and Anti-bribery Management System of VASS.
Report, through the Ethics Channel any knowledge of possible breaches or irregularities of said regulations.
