WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
In Santander SCIB in the COO area of Banking, we need a profile to assist in the technological and functional transformation process of regulatory credit processes, achieving automation and data reliability through control models and quality data testing.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR JOB
You will be responsible for leading the integration and evolution of the information required in regulatory processes throughout the data acquisition circuit to make it available to the automated generators of regulatory credit reporting.
We need someone like you to help us in the regulatory credit area:
Ensure that the information is traceable and of quality, sent to the information systems from which regulatory information is extracted (Data Hubs).
Analyze, validate, and ensure that data control models are consistent, complete, and integral.
Monitor and manage remediation plans of systems aimed at solving data deficiency issues required by regulation.
Stay informed and maintain a holistic view of all regulatory requirements.
Analyze regulations, recommendations, and observations from audits and relevant regulators.
Act as an interlocutor between the Risk user areas and the various IT teams.
EXPERIENCE
- Over 10 years of proven experience in the SCIB risk area.
- Deep knowledge of SCIB in the functional and technical areas of credit risk is required.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Superior degree in Computer Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- English proficiency.
- Proven communication with various areas of the Group: Risks, Front & Middle Office.
- Teamwork.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and provide products/solutions and/or operational services at an expert level.
