ESI Project Specialist

to join our Software Consultancy team, supporting the delivery and implementation of Elekta software globally.

This role offers a unique opportunity to act as a subject matter expert, trusted customer advisor, and internal champion across software integration, solution design, and service excellence.

This is a hybrid role, open to applicants in Spain & Portugal.

What You’ll Do

Software Project Delivery:

Lead planning, execution, and success of software implementations; serve as escalation point for stakeholders; define client requirements; participate in product rollouts and process improvements.

Integration & Customization (ESI / HL7):

Customize, configure, and test MOSAIQ and related third-party applications; manage HL7 interface implementations; maintain technical documentation.

Support & Collaboration:

Support HL7/ESI-related cases; collaborate with product teams for feedback and improvements.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Experience in software project delivery, customer support, and system implementation, preferably in Med Tech or healthcare.

Technical expertise in HL7, SQL, VMware, Microsoft OS, server hardware, and networks.

Knowledge of MOSAIQ and related software/tools.

Project management skills, organizational and communication abilities.

Customer-focused approach, understanding client needs for tailored solutions.

Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.

Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%.
