What we are looking for : A Director/Directora de Clientes with extensive experience to strengthen our presence in the Energy and Utilities sector. This senior role is key to our growth strategy and requires a professional with strong business development skills, demonstrated account management experience, and established contacts in the Spanish energy market. Responsibilities Drive business development in the Energy and Utilities sector in line with the company growth plan. Manage and expand relationships with major Spanish energy companies, including key accounts such as Iberdrola, Repsol and Moeve. Identify, develop and convert business opportunities. Maintain end-to-end relationships with clients, ensuring close collaboration with project teams to guarantee client satisfaction and long-term growth. Actively contribute as a member of the executive team of the business unit to expand in the Energy and Utilities sector. Required Strong sector vision and experience in business development in selling IT services. Proven experience in managing relevant sector accounts such as Iberdrola, Repsol or Moeve. Extensive high-level contacts in IT decision-making roles within the Energy and Utilities sector. Broad knowledge of sector processes and solid understanding of IT service offerings. Desirable Qualifications Academic background combined with sector experience in energy and IT. Fluent in English, written and spoken. Previous experience in international business.
