Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries related to digital wallet services including account management, transactions, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Danish
Provide customers with information regarding product features, benefits, and troubleshooting guidance
Assist customers in understanding payment processes, security measures, and service features
Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Work closely with product and technical teams to enhance customer service delivery
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to customers
Requirements
Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred
Previous experience in customer service, especially in the digital or financial technology sectors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with digital wallets or payment systems is advantageous
Comfortable using CRM software and other customer service technology
Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
