**Position Overview:**
We are currently looking for a motivated Accountant to join our team at 4 S dealership BYD in Madrid.
**Responsibilities:**
- Formulate and implement financial management and accounting policies, as well as financial workflows, tailored to the realities of overseas subsidiaries.
- Organize annual audits, budget preparation and finalization, and financial reporting for overseas subsidiaries as required by the headquarters' finance department.
- Manage relationships with local banks, oversee the preparation and proper execution of the subsidiaries' fund budgets, and ensure the security of company funds.
- Comply with the tax policies of the subsidiaries' respective countries and regions, effectively conduct tax planning and management, and minimize tax risks.
- Provide timely risk alerts related to operations and finance from overseas subsidiaries to the headquarters' finance department.
- Maintain smooth internal communication and coordination, build the financial team, and carry out training for finance personnel.
- Other responsibilities:
Assist the headquarters' finance department in coordinating the financial operations of overseas business, ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial and internal management reports for all subsidiaries. Ensure the operation of overseas subsidiaries, meeting both local management requirements and the control requirements of the headquarters' finance department.
**Qualifications:**
- At least 1-2 years of financial management experience in the automotive sales industry.
Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
