EBRO SUV is looking for an enthusiastic and autonomous Spare Parts Specialist for Spain.
This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to the inventory and supply of spare parts and accessories for vehicles manufactured by the company, serving dealers, independent workshops, and spare parts distributors of the legendary EBRO brand.
As a Spare Parts Specialist , you will be responsible for building a spare parts warehouse, establishing spare parts marketing and internal processes, as well as defining spare parts marketing and pricing strategies.
In addition, you will support the distribution of spare parts for new vehicle launches, manage stock levels of parts and accessories, analyze back orders (BO) and annual sales targets, place orders, and plan spare parts activities.
You will also act as the local representative for purchasing spare parts and managing supplier channels.
You will work collaboratively with the entire EBRO team in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
LOGISTICS Implement and maintain inventory control and distribution systems for spare parts and accessories.
Monitor the inventory of spare parts and accessories to ensure the availability of the necessary products.
Evaluate and work with suppliers and logistics operators to optimize delivery times and reduce costs.
Manage the import of spare parts and accessories together with suppliers.
Supervise the correct functioning of the spare parts and accessories warehouse.
2.
MARKETING Establish the marketing strategy and pricing and margin policy.
Define and manage distribution channels for spare parts and accessories.
Participate in the launch activities of new models ensuring the initial stock of spare parts.
Responsible for local purchasing of spare parts and commercial supply agreements.
3.
SERVICE Provide support and technical advice to distributors and service points on spare parts and accessories.
Resolve problems and manage complaints related to spare parts efficiently.
4.
REPORTS AND ANALYSIS Prepare regular reports on inventory status, supplier performance and other key indicators.
Responsible for achieving the objectives established by management in both the commercial and services areas and process optimization.
Analyze data and trends to anticipate future needs and adjust supply strategies.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Academic Training: University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
Experience: +3 years of experience in spare parts management in the automotive industry, referably in a manufacturing company (OEM) or national distributor (NSC).
Technical skills: -In-depth knowledge of inventory and logistics management systems.
-Familiarity with ERP and spare parts management software.
-Familiar with the spare parts import procedure.
-Experience in office software, especially Excel.
Languages: Advanced level English proficiency.
