We are seeking an engineer for a 38m, single-season private sailing yacht currently based in the Balearic Islands. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be working towards their Small Vessel certification.

The boat operates with a crew of 6 during the busy summer months and 5 in the winter. We are looking for someone who is eager to settle into the role and build longevity onboard. The candidate should be a hard worker, keen to interact with the crew and assist in other areas as needed. The owners, from Switzerland and Malaysia, frequently use the boat in summer. The yacht is equipped with Northern Lights generators and Caterpillar 375kw main engines.
