Responsibilities

Create, develop and execute People strategy and people policies and initiatives.
Managing day-to-day HR operations and processes.
Supervise employee relations and health and safety, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
Managing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, training, and development programs.
Follow up of hiring plan, and monitoring HR personnel cost.
Create, develop and oversee performance evaluations cycles.
Create and execute employee engagement and retention strategies.
Organizational development and change management.
Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Psychology, BA, Legal or similar.
5-7 years of HR experience, 2-3 of them as HR Business partner.
Proven experience in managing HR functions within international business environments, including familiarity with global labor laws, cultural diversity, and international talent management.
Languages: Spanish and English proficiency.
Proven ability to implement and scale HR initiatives in a growing business.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving.
Availability to travel.
