Sulzer Chemtech as a Senior Accountant and become part of a successful company active in green and renewables technologies.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS and Swiss Code of Obligations.
Accurate management of fixed assets and operational accounting (project, profit center, internal order, and cost center accounting).
Recording incoming orders and project revenue using SAP.
Maintaining various master data and daily monitoring of value flows in SAP.
Hedge, equity, and lease accounting according to IFRS.
Reconciling and managing various clearing accounts; balance sheet account reconciliation.
Process responsibility and controls in the RTR area (ICS).
Acting as a contact person for internal and external partners, including auditors, banks, and service partners.
Supporting financial projects and initiatives (e.g. system implementations, process optimizations, automations).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Solid basic education with further training in finance and accounting.
Several years of professional experience in accounting according to IFRS; knowledge of local Swiss GAAP is an advantage.
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing Swiss registered company and in project accounting is desired.
Excellent SAP FI/CO knowledge, further modules are a plus (MM, SD, PS, VIM).
Solid MS Office skills, strong Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; good German skills are a plus.
Confidence in closing accounts and a strong affinity for automated processes, logical thinking, and pragmatic solutions.
