Job Summary
Carry out maintenance and repair work on the plant's solar field equipment in accordance with the procedures. Ensure that tasks are performed ensuring quality and in a timely and technically correct manner. Assist maintenance managers in locating, diagnosing faults and planning repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Use the Computer Maintenance Management System (MAXIMO) for task reporting and closing of work orders.
Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance work in the solar field in accordance with the maintenance plan.
Solve problems and repair solar field equipment that is failing or not working properly.
Supervise the tasks contracted to external companies.
Prepare repair and/or technical reports and collaborate in the analysis and investigation of incidents.
Collaborate in the preparation of procedures and planning stops, proposing improvements.
Participate in the resolution of 5 Whys.
Collaborate in the implementation of the integrated management system for safety, health, and environment.
Act in case of emergency as a member of the support team.
Promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications And Skills
Higher vocational training or first degree vocational training with proven experience.
Demonstrated experience of 3 years developing similar tasks, preferably in the solar thermal sector.
Organized person.
Results-oriented.
