What You'll Do: • Lead a team of Customer Care Service and Inside Sales representatives in DACH area to guarantee the best service to our customers and maximize sales • Foster team's performance, quality of service, and productivity by setting clear KPIs and motivating and coaching the team • Grow sales within DACH area by maintaining the operating model for Customer Care and high service standards to meet our customers' expectations • Deliver an excellent customer experience and high level of efficiency • Monitor daily operations and performance • Ensure smooth operations with continuous training and mentoring of the team • Lead and implement projects for continuous improvement related to work processes and procedures Requirements: • Middle/Upper education required, preferably commercial administration or sales • Relevant experience as team leader/coordinator/manager within customer service or sales department • Sales oriented and able to lead, motivate and develop a team • Office 365 proficient • Fluent in English and German; good level of Spanish • Strong communication and assertiveness skills #LI-Hybrid #LI-EA1 BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
