The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The candidate must be comfortable making several calls per day, using forecasting tools, updating software and communicating on her/his advancements, using social network platforms, working with all areas of the business, partners, generating interest, qualifying opportunities and closing sales in our emerging markets.

A day in the life of an Inside Sales:
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/quotas within emerging markets (DACH region).
Build credible relationships within the Infor family of installed accounts, in order to create, manage, and close sales opportunities.
Learn and present the value proposition for Infor’s business solutions.
Frequently work in a team environment with Pre-sales Consultants, Consulting Sales and other internal departments.
Utilize, and accurately update Infor customer, forecasting, and pipeline management computer systems.
Communicate clearly and regularly, both verbally and in writing, with customers, various internal departments, and your manager.
Prepare and present quarterly Territory/Business plans and reviews.
Actively participate in the Team Culture as this is what makes us proud.
Background selling or positioning software.
Ability or potential to manage multiple concurrent complex sales cycles.
Good level of written and verbal communication skills in German/English.
High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving, and challenging environment.
Strong presentation skills, both face to face, as well as over telephone and internet.
Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members.
Basic Qualifications:
German bilingual and English speaker at a high level.
Background selling or positioning software.
Hospitality industry knowledge.
Ability or potential to manage multiple concurrent complex sales cycles.
High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving, and challenging environment.
Strong presentation skills, both face to face, as well as over telephone and internet.
Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members.

Demonstrate professionalism, with above high organizational planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Positive and can-do attitude.
