Programmatic Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Support the implementation and management of programmatic campaigns, especially in DV360, including client and agency requests, reporting, and finance processes.
Ensure timely and accurate campaign activation, implementation, optimization, budget pacing, bidding, and creative testing across a portfolio of accounts.
Adjust campaign pacing daily to meet budget and unit delivery goals.
Optimize campaigns daily using BI tools and Excel-based data analysis.
Perform weekly analysis of top-performing domains.
Update exclusion lists weekly based on brand safety tools.
Implement best practices for programmatic strategies.
Develop a strong understanding of the programmatic media landscape and recommend the best platforms according to client objectives.
Maintain a campaign tracker for all live campaigns, monitoring planned versus delivered metrics.
Support ad-hoc requests from clients and agency teams, including reporting data analysis and insights.
What We Are Looking For:

Over 3 years of programmatic experience in a client-facing role, with a passion for innovation, strategy, and creative thinking.
Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
Analytical mindset and ability to work in a team.
Experience working with DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
Knowledge of Adservers, DSPs, and DMPs.
Proficiency in English and Spanish (B2+ level).
