Descripción de la oferta At DeAgostini we are currently looking for a Product Owner to join our team in Barcelona. What you will do: Reporting to the Product Owner Senior, your main responsibilities will be:• Lead the ideation, technical development, testing and final launch to renew our websites front-end globally and our website roll-out to new countries.• Define product vision and road-map opportunities. • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog, iteration planning and development for the digital product.• Work with relevant stakeholders across the business to develop a deep understanding of needs and define requirements for feature enhancements. Collect requirements and remove ambiguity.• Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is flexible and creative solutions are the norm. Requisitos Requirements and qualifications: • Previous working experience as a Product Owner for a minimum of 2-3 years (it would be great in the E-commerce field)• MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles • C1 or native English speaker; Spanish and Italian will be a plus• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Attention to details• UX usability knowledge would be highly appreciated
