Job Description

You will be responsible for the successful introduction of a given product on the Czech market and for comprehensive marketing management throughout its lifecycle, ensuring the product attains the planned profit, turnover, market share, or other monitored parameters.
Main Responsibilities

Planning and organizing related product market research, regular monitoring, and analyzing the market environment (healthcare system, competition, trends, environmental conditions). Finding new business opportunities to ensure growing profitability, turnover, and market share.
Maintaining and building relationships with prominent professionals in the field, monitoring changes in registration, categorization, and settlement of the product. Proposing price adjustments in response to changes in the competitive environment to maximize ROI. Organizing product presentations at key events for the medical community and coordinating activities across departments involved in product promotion to maximize sales, profit, market share, and other key performance indicators throughout the product's lifecycle.
Participating in short-term and long-term product planning processes. Proposing targets and sales goals aligned with market potential and marketing budgets necessary for investments.
Training sales teams in product knowledge.
Qualifications and Competencies

University education in medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences, or economics/marketing.
At least 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing departments, with knowledge of business processes in pharmaceutical management, marketing, or promotion.
Proficiency in English at B2 level in all areas.
