What You’ll Do

✨ Lead the entire UAV production process – from raw materials to a fully assembled, flight-ready system.
✨ Supercharge efficiency – implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to make production faster, smarter, and better.
✨ Integrate cutting-edge tech – ensure avionics, propulsion, and mechanical systems work together seamlessly.
✨ Own quality & compliance – make sure everything meets aerospace standards (AS9100, DO-178, DO-160, MIL-STD).
✨ Prepare for liftoff – ensure UAVs are fully tested, validated, and ready for flight campaigns.
✨ Build & lead an elite team – manage engineers, technicians, and integration specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and precision.
✨ Collaborate with R&D and supply chain teams – to ensure smooth, cost-effective production.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

✅ 10+ years in aerospace/UAV manufacturing leadership – you know your way around assembly lines, avionics, propulsion, and integration.
✅ Experience with full system integration – mechanical, electrical, and software components.
✅ Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational efficiency.
✅ Strong grasp of flight testing, quality assurance, and compliance.
✅ Ability to scale production while maintaining precision and safety.
✅ Leadership skills that inspire teams and drive innovation.

Nice-to-Have:
Experience in UAV systems.
Familiarity with compliance & defense sector procurement.
