We’re searching for a Candidate Experience Manager to join our executive search firm in Barcelona, Spain.
You’ll support our recruitment firm Managing Directors by engaging with & interviewing candidates across the world.
This is a position encompassing a high volume of phone & video meetings per day, supporting our leadership team with sourcing, registrations, interviews and skills assessments.
As the first point of contact for our recruitment firm with many of our candidates, you’ll foster meaningful relationships within niche talent communities and support them through their candidate journey with our search firm.
Responsibilities:

Conducting a high volume of video and telephone based candidate interviews per day, to assess their suitability and skills on behalf of our clients.
Assisting our Managing Directors with the sourcing and selection of candidates, networking, talent mapping / pipeline building and research.
Proactively building pipelines of talent and converting prospective candidates into registered and engaged professionals.
Networking to gain candidate & client referrals, market insights & vacancy leads.
Supporting our Managing Directors with ad-hoc projects and tasks as directed.
Who we’re looking for:

Native English speakers with work authorization in Spain.
High levels of commercial acumen, excellent communication skills (oral and written), curiosity, persuasive skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Presentable and polished demeanor. You will be interacting with executives at a range of seniority levels, often as our firm’s first touchpoint with a candidate.
Experience in working within a high volume, target driven or KPI led environment and ability to produce focused work.
