About the role
The core objective of this role being part of the Commercial IT & Digital team is to partner with the divisions in EMEA to develop and improve tools and processes to support Sales and Marketing teams.
Your Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities will include:
Program and Project coordination:
Support BSC divisional sales and marketing in designing solutions to support the business.
Define and prioritize digital product initiatives to ensure delivery of business value across EMEA
Own and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business value, feasibility, and strategic priorities
Manage delivery of projects and coordinate with divisional stakeholders
Ensure there is a consistent approach & methodology established for program and project management with best practice tools and processes
Ensurethere is Divisional and Functional alignment around the Business strategy
Prepare and present all updates for leadership, divisional stakeholders, external vendors and other functions
Collaborate with other Product Ownersand align constantly with the Product Owners Coordinator
Technology Expert:
Identify the right technologies and propose new tech projects to improve and automate business strategies
Work with IS and technology vendors to optimize and converge infrastructure and platforms
Continually evaluate and improve these tools ensuring they are easy to use and that they deliver value to our customers and to BSC
Own the Business Requirement Gathering process and content for all technical projects supporting Business
Bridge the functional and technical understanding for Divisions, and IS department
Support technology integration and data management
Work in close coordination with the IS department, technology vendors and Global project teams to roll out technology project implementations smoothly What are we looking for in you?
Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or other related technical field)
Senior level: 5 years onwards of relevant experience in similar roles within structured environments
Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience communicating with and successfully influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization
Fluency in English
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of:
Salesforce Suite (Salesforce Admin certification)
Agile and Scrum methodologies
Requirement Collection and User Story Logic
Creating and maintaining a backlog
CRM product (Microsoft Dynamics or SAP)
Process workflow (IF THEN condition, WHAT IF situation etc...)
