As an

Inbound Sales Representative , you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will leverage your excellent communication skills in

German and English

to build rapport, overcome objections, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Tasks

Qualify

potential leads

coming from the Marketing Department
Act as the primary

point of contact , addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Guide prospects through the

sales process
Educate

potential customers

on product offerings, features, and benefits to help them make informed decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to

streamline the sales process

and improve conversion rates
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term customer satisfaction
Requirements

Desirable experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management

– You know how to build and nurture client relationships
Understanding of the Saa S Industry
Process-Oriented Mindset

– You love structure and improving workflows
Tech-Savvy

– You pick up new tools quickly and are comfortable using digital platforms
Fluent in German & English

– Strong communication skills to support international clients
