CORPORATE JUNIOR DIRECT BUYER

We are looking for a Junior Direct Buyer to join our Company.
As a Junior Direct Buyer, your main function will be the acquisition of materials and products related to a direct manufacturing or distribution environment, and you will work closely with suppliers in order to optimize the commercial relationship.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The position involves the following roles and responsibilities:
Management of existing supplier relationships and contracts.
Review orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Implement cost reduction programs.
Develop new supplier base in line with global procurement policy.
Support commercial bidding processes in purchasing costs related to the projects under analysis.
Support factories (remote or in situ) when required by business.
Internal reporting.
PROFILE:

University Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, etc.).
Specific knowledge in purchasing (preferably industrial material).
1 - 3 years of experience in purchasing of industrial materials (experience in a multinational company will be valued).
Excel: Advanced level.
MS Office: Advanced level.
We are looking for a motivated person, with an analytical mind, result-oriented, proactive, and a good communicator.
MOBILITY & CONTRACT:

Permanent Contract.
This position is based in GRI HQ Offices in Madrid.
National and international travels are required (always under Company travel policy).
