CSG Talent are currently working in partnership with a globally renowned Tier 1 manufacturer, committed to offering innovative, reliable, and high-quality renewable energy solutions. My client are looking for a Sales Director to join their team in Spain, who will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy market
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
Develop and manage a network of Utility scale customers
Provide regular sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the renewable energy industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other sales-related tools
