We’re looking for a Sales Engineer in Spain. Televic is rapidly growing, and we are seeking bright minds to build the exciting future of reliable communication!

Televic Conference, a leading developer and manufacturer of conferencing solutions for high-profile global clients, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative for the Spanish market. This role is pivotal for driving growth and expanding Televic's presence in key verticals such as City Councils, Regional Parliaments, Institutions, and Courtrooms.
You will ensure that Televic’s solutions are specified for future projects by building demand among end-users, educating consultants, and collaborating with integrators to ensure successful project outcomes. This hands-on position requires technical expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and proactive market engagement.
This role offers a unique opportunity to join an internationally successful company while contributing to its significant expansion in the Spanish market. You will have the chance to travel within Spain and occasionally internationally.
Key responsibilities

Building, developing, and managing integrators and channel partners, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing partners to identify new business opportunities.
Generating leads and engaging with integrators and channel partners to prioritize Televic Solutions.
Setting up clear action plans with targets to realize joint business plans with integrators.
Presenting Televic Solutions to consultants to secure inclusion in future bids and long-term projects.
Identifying and presenting tailored solutions to key accounts in City Councils, Regional Parliaments, Institutions, Rental, and Courtrooms to build awareness and demand.
Collaborating with internal departments, including Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of feedback.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system.
Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to position Televic effectively.
Participating in marketing initiatives and industry events to strengthen market presence.
Professional skills we’re looking for

A technical or engineering background is advantageous.
Proven experience working with channel partners, key accounts, and AV consultants.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Results-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Adaptability to changing market conditions.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
What success looks like

Within 30 days: Complete training on sales processes and product knowledge.
Within 60 days: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Within 90 days: Demonstrate the ability to drive revenue growth independently.
Within the first year: Engage with the right partners, maintaining long-term relationships.
