We are currently collaborating with a leading HVAC industry company based in Madrid., which is looking to add a Mechanical Design Engineer to its team.
About the Role
Development of design solutions that comply with project specifications.
Ensure compliance with deadlines and project costs assigned.
Employ solutions and propose improvements to the project.
Preparation and control of project documentation using the current PLM and according to department standards.
Liaison with departments and suppliers to understand manufacturing processes and optimize designs.
Develop 3 D designs integrating different components into the equipment structure, ensuring their functionality.
Requirements
Academic or professional education in mechanical design, industrial engineering or similar.
Knowledge of market products applicable to industrial designs.
Knowledge of regulations applicable to the documentation generated in the department (drawings, LLMM, and ECNs).
Ability to write and execute modification orders in accordance with internal procedures.
Proficiency in using 3 D and 2 D CAD design tools.
Knowledge of the concepts and implications of FEA and CFD studies to incorporate them into designs.
