Job Description:
An opportunity within Engineer for Launchers and Ariane6 Production Quality team has arisen in Airbus DS in Getafe.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Manage the manufacturing process and deliveries of the aerostructures satellite launchers and Ariane 6 from a Quality point of view.
Manage the Non-Conformities and deviations opened during the manufacturing process.
Identification of Non Conformities reduction opportunities. Follow up of their efficiency and cost reduction.
Definition and implementation of improvement projects to reduce Cost of Quality (inspections reduction and sampling).
Lead the quality activities for the new structures developments and modifications (Control plan, Inspection Registers, PFMEA, FAI).
Launch and drive PPS process for critical and repetitive issues in the area. Ensure efficiency of the defined actions.
Manage Operational Gates.
Support the OES implementation and lead the Customer pillar according to the expected maturity level.
Promote preventive Quality mindset within plant teams, ensuring the implementation of basic Q processes (Quality authorization, Quality Delegation, Operational Surveillance etc.).
SKILLS:
We’re looking for candidate with the following skills:
Educated in an Aeronautical Engineering degree or a related discipline.
Experience in Manufacturing and Quality.
Advanced level in English and Spanish.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Teamwork spirit.
Proactive, able to propose new ideas and improvement driven.
Innovative and open minded.
