We are growing, and currently looking for an Analytical Development Technician to join our team at our site in Tres Cantos, Madrid.

What You’ll Do

As part of the Analytical Development team, you will play a key role in developing, qualifying, and validating analytical methods to support the full lifecycle of our biologics—ensuring robust, compliant, and innovative processes.

General Responsibilities:

• Develop, qualify, and validate new analytical methods.
• Perform sample testing to support process and formulation development across all R& D stages.
• Contribute to drafting SOPs, analytical methods, validation protocols, and technical reports.
• Assist with the management of reagents, reference standards, and sample inventory.
• Work with a wide range of techniques including:
• Endotoxin Test, Size-exclusion HPLC, Ion Exchange HPLC, Reverse/Normal Phase HPLC
• ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, c IEF, CE-SDS, q PCR, UV/Vis

Specific Responsibilities:

• Independently execute analytical tasks supporting development, registration, lot release, and regulatory submissions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize analytical methods as needed.
• Prepare and review protocols, methods, and documentation following internal procedures and regulatory standards.
• Analyze and interpret scientific data with accuracy and insight.
• Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders on project status and results.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

• Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related life science discipline.

Experience:

• Ph D / MSc / BSc with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Analytical Development, Method Validation, or Quality Control within the biopharma/biotech industry.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of biologics, peptides, and protein-based product characterization.
• Hands-on experience with key protein analysis techniques (as mentioned above).
• Familiarity with c Gx P, regulatory standards, and lab best practices.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Effective communication in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
