SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER

is required by our Client, within the Renewable Energy industry, to be assigned on a Contract basis, based in Madrid, Spain.

POSITION SCOPE

A critical role within the Offshore Business focusing on coordinating with contractors to ensure timely delivery of the supply chain within the offshore projects.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring key equipment manufacturing
Analyzing contractor’s manufacturing programs
Ensuring timely delivery
Identifying potential optimizations over a 5-year period
Travelling to various facilities worldwide, mostly in Europe
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Degree or equivalent qualifications and experience. Master’s degree in engineering / Business Management preferred.
Extensive experience in planning in large Capital Projects in industries such as Offshore Wind/Renewable/Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructures, Equipment manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Fabrication Process.
5 years field experience in Scheduling & Planning large complex programs valued over $100 M. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office suites and Document Management Systems.
Ability to manage contractor’s programs which require interface and precise coordination with multiple disciplines (structures, turbines, electrical cables, offshore substations, ports, and vessels).
Available to travel worldwide; mostly Europe.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing across various levels. Flexible, team player and can work in multi-cultural teams.
Candidate must have legal right to work in EU.
