Minimum Requirements :
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable IT education
Several years of practical experience in the IT environment with a focus on network security and operations
Sound knowledge of LAN and WAN infrastructures
Good knowledge of products from at least one of the following manufacturers : HPE / Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco or similar
Independent and solution-oriented way of working and determination
Communication skills and ability to work in a team
Very good knowledge of German (at least level C2)
Responsibilities :
Implementation and operation : Configuration, implementation and maintenance of firewall systems and WAN / LAN components
Network analysis and support : Supporting the technical department in the network area, carrying out network analyses and troubleshooting
System configuration : Adaptation and optimization of system configurations according to requirements
Interface function : Support for user support in processing complex incidents and service issues
