RIB Club is looking to fill a position for a Lead Marine Mechanic. The candidate should be based in or around Palma de Mallorca.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. managing fleet-wide MRO projects;
2. performing daily mechanical repairs, cleaning and other maintenance tasks;
3. working on various refit projects (surface works, engine servicing, refurbs, etc.);
4. liaising with local suppliers and collaborating with them on different MRO projects;
5. refuelling;
6. organizing sea trials and orientations for (prospective) members.

Requirements

Basic requirements for candidates:

• extensive experience in boat maintenance and mechanical repairs;
• previous boat engineering experience or expertise in any marine refit/refurb field as well as team management;
• driver's license and a personal car;
• boat licence (PER or similar);
• fluent in English and Spanish;
• any additional languages are a plus.

The salary will be in line with the candidate's experience and skills.
