Job Description:
A vacancy for Manufacturing Engineering Industrialization has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in San Pablo (Sevilla). The successful applicant will join the Manufacturing Engineering Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The main tasks of the jobholder will be:
To define the best build process for the production manufacturing, taking into consideration inputs for the rest of the MFT and continuous improvement of the processes (including STV, Standard line balancing).
Lead the concurrence and interface between Design Engineering and production.
Standardize the process (SOI).
Analyse and optimize the build process, minimizing waste of time for production and increasing the security for the production and product.
Configuration Control Management.
To integrate the Manufacturing Dossier with all the technical information, quality control, maintenance, health and safety, equipment, and tooling.
SKILLS
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Educated in an Aeronautical Engineering degree or a related discipline.
Experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience and knowledge of C295 would be an asset.
Proactive person.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized & Structured.
Advanced level in English and Spanish. German or French would be an asset.
Availability for travelling and being moved to other countries.
