Responsibilities:

Responsibility for the structural design of existing and newly developed rotor blade connections including bolts.
Creation of mechanical models of blade connections and related components.
Stress analysis of rotor blade connections using numerical methods (e.g. FEM).
Development and specification of rotor blade connections and component tests of the same.
YOUR PROFILE:

Mechanical Engineer (M. Sc.) or similar (Civil, Aerospace, Materials, Computational, Industrial).
Proficient knowledge and some work experience in structural mechanics, composite materials including manufacturing, mechanical testing, Finite Element Analysis.
Fluent in English; German and Spanish are a plus.
Experience: 2-5 years in blades or similar composite application.
Availability to travel.
