In RDT Ingenieros, we are hiring a Process Tooling Engineering in our automotive team located in Paterna, Valencia. Your main responsabilities will be: Lead cross functional review. Lead VA/VE workshop. Validate feasibility of product and process concepts, update DVP. Manage a Program File in Product Data Management (PDM), with all design changes, ECR history. Manage technical aspects of a program: Prepare and update other program related technical documentation; Ensure that the technical convergence plan meets product quality and costs targets; Ensure that the PMS technical milestone deadlines are met; Manage Bought Out Parts (BOP) definition and ensure technical integration of suppliers, Coordinate technical management of tool suppliers relying on process/tool engineers and experts. Lead DFMEA study. Establish and validate prototype control plan. Control the tolerance stack up study realised by CAD team. Analyse test reports and product validation parts Verify reliability of Off Tools parts. Liaise with industrial engineer so that product and process characteristics are under control when production is launched. He/She is the interface with the customer's engineering team and obtain customer agreement on design. He/She may do CAD 3D if needed. Experience in Design & Development within an industrial environment, ideally in the automotive industry. Knowledge and experience in Project Management process. Team player with strong communication skills. International mind set. German B2/C1.
