Position: Senior AI Engineer

Location: Remote from Spain (Spanish contract)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our growing R& D practice and lead the development of scalable, AI-powered solutions. You’ll design, train, deploy, and optimize models in real-world systems, helping businesses leverage data through intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI/ML models using Python and key libraries (Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn)
• Collaborate with product, data, and software engineering teams
• Optimize models for performance and scalability
• Deploy models into production environments (Docker, cloud-native tools)
• Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI techniques and bring them into practice

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
• Proficiency in Python for ML and data workflows
• Experience with deep learning frameworks: Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or equivalent
• Hands-on experience deploying models (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, etc.)
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent Spanish (C1)
• English B2

Nice to Have:

• Ph D or MSc in a relevant field
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
• Publications or open-source contributions in AI
