The Role

As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us and help create intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces that empower our users to succeed. As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll own the entire design journey, from user research and ideation to prototyping and delivering pixel-perfect interfaces. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform is intuitive, innovative, and impactful while addressing the needs of our diverse users.
This role will be based in Barcelona with 2-3 days minimum in the office.
The annual salary range is €55,000 - 65,000.
Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Design

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to uncover pain points and validate product concepts.
Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to solve complex problems.
Leverage data and analytics to validate design hypotheses.
Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts, gather user feedback, and refine designs iteratively.
Design high-fidelity, visually engaging, and accessible user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
Provide detailed specifications and assets for developers, ensuring seamless implementation and high-quality execution.
Build & Evolve Design Systems

Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across the platform.
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to align on user needs and business objectives.
Present design solutions clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who has a keen eye for design, a passion for innovation, and the ability to create clean, elegant, and scalable interfaces.
Must Haves:

Experience: 5+ years as a Product Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work for B2 B Saa S products ideally on data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, or AI-powered analytics tools.
User Research: Proven experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs.
Prototyping: Skilled in creating interactive prototypes to validate concepts and test usability.
Design Tools: Mastery of Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Design Systems: Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on typography, layout, and accessibility.
Nice To Haves:

A recognised certificate or equivalent in Design Thinking or UX Design is highly desirable.
Familiarity with HTML / CSS.
Background in a design agency, demonstrating the ability to juggle multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
