We are looking for a Content Management Specialist to manage, structure, and optimize the technical documentation of the IT department using Confluence.
This role will be responsible for centralizing team knowledge, ensuring information quality and updates, and improving accessibility to internal resources.
All documentation must be in English to ensure its global use within the organization.
Responsibilities

Design and maintain the structure of documentation in Confluence, ensuring clear and accessible organization.
Create, edit, and update technical documentation, guides, processes, and IT best practices in English.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather accurate and detailed information.
Implement documentation standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality of content.
Manage permissions and access in Confluence to ensure information security and privacy.
Train teams on the proper use of Confluence and documentation processes.
Monitor documentation usage and collect feedback for continuous improvements.
Requirements

Experience in technical documentation management and knowledge in content structuring.
Proficiency in Confluence and best documentation practices in IT environments.
Advanced English level (C1 or higher), both written and read.
Strong writing skills for clear and concise technical documentation in English.
Basic knowledge of methodologies and collaborative tools (Jira, Slack, etc.).
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple information sources.
Attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement.
Desirable: Experience in infrastructure documentation, software development, or technical support.
Basic knowledge of ITIL, Dev Ops, or knowledge management.
Experience in documentation automation or integration with other tools.
