Job Title: Project Manager - IT Department

From Suanfarma Group, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our IT team at the company's headquarters.
Requirements:

5 years of experience in CRM Projects (Salesforce)
Previous experience in system integration projects
Technical background in software development
Knowledge of SQL
Experience in project management and coordination
Experience in technical management of development teams with service providers
Experience in post-implementation support management of projects
Responsibilities:

Participate in the design and implementation of CRM (Salesforce)
Work within a multidisciplinary team with flexibility to take on different roles, from technical to functional, including participating in technical work and providing direct support when needed
Capture new needs from internal customers and manage demands for new projects
Generate necessary documentation for projects, collaborating with external suppliers
Lead a small project team, including functional analysis and development teams
Supervise developments at technical and functional levels, including initial testing and UAT sessions with end users
Follow up on incidents with service providers post-deployment
Make autonomous decisions as required
Maintain good relations with end-users and effectively communicate and manage high-demand support situations
Languages:

English C1 level
Desirable (not essential):

Experience with ERP-Business Central
Project management experience using various methodologies, from Agile to traditional PMP processes
Proficiency with project management tools, from advanced Excel to MS Project
Skills:
