In this role, you will be the bridge between technical excellence and business needs, piloting large-scale infrastructure projects from design to final delivery.

The Mission

As the IT Ops Project Manager, you will take full operational ownership of infrastructure projects, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into the existing ecosystem while meeting quality, cost, and deadline constraints.

Your key responsibilities: End-to-End Orchestration: Define, implement, and follow up on IT projects following industry-standard methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Scrum, etc.). Team Leadership: Federate, manage, and motivate cross-functional project teams and stakeholders. Technical Integration: Oversee the transition from delivery to "Run" teams, including testing organization, knowledge transfer, and user training. Strategic Reporting: Maintain management tools and provide transparent reporting to the Head of IT OPS Projects. Quality Assurance: Coordinate technical design validation and ensure the delivery of detailed technical specifications.

Who You Are (Requirements) Experience: At least 5 years of experience in technical or consulting positions, with a strong background in IT Infrastructure. Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Systems & Networks, or a related field. Methodology: Strong command of project management frameworks (PMI, Prince2, Scrum, etc.). IT Culture: Deep knowledge of Information Systems Infrastructures and a solid digital culture. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, mediation, and conflict management skills. You are rigorous, organized, and a natural leader. Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and French (both are mandatory for this global environment).
