Key Responsibilities
Researching, identifying, and qualifying potential customer organizations and prospects
Conducting outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calls, to drive new business opportunities and sales activities
Positioning Ave Point effectively to facilitate a high conversion of leads to qualified pipeline opportunities by executing and communicating effective product and solution‑based messaging
Scheduling and coordinating appointments with potential customers to support the sales pipeline and ensure effective follow‑ups
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with end customers to foster long‑term engagement
Working with sales account executives and other departments to help prospect their territories and streamline operations
Recording accurate customer data into our CRM system
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Prior cold calling experience or first sales experience, preferably in IT sales
Fluent in both Spanish and English
An ability to understand technical concepts and convey them to customers
Excellent communication and listening skills and ability to engage in conversations comfortably
A positive attitude
Plenty of initiative and a strong sense of ownership
A persuasive manner
Impeccable organizational and time‑management skills
The ability to think on your feet
A hunger to learn and grow
