Offer Description
The main tasks may include computational analyses of the following types of data:
Bulk RNA-seq
Bulk ATAC-seq and Ch IP-seq
Single-cell omics: transcriptomics, ATAC-seq, multi-omics
Methylome
Proteomics, mass spectrometry
Short- and long-read genomic sequencing
In addition, the following analyses may be requested:
Network analyses: co-expression, interaction
Identification of genomic variants
Genome assembly and annotation
Generation of genome-scale resources and databases

Requirements
Research Field Biological sciences Education Level Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Skills/Qualifications
Position requirements:
Previous experience in statistical analysis, scientific visualization, and the use of general and specialized software (R, Python, as well as STAR, DESeq2, samtools, MACS2, etc.).
Advanced level of English.
University degree in the field of Health and Life Sciences (or equivalent).
Knowledge of project coordination.
Previous experience in software development.
Languages ENGLISH Level Excellent

Expected salary according to the current pay scales: €35,265.66 gross per year
