Your Responsibilities: Crafting digital marketing strategies : Develop and implement creative and results-driven campaigns that engage French-speaking audiences, boosting brand awareness and conversions. Managing multi-platform campaigns : Oversee campaigns across various digital channels, including SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising, ensuring maximum performance. Analyzing and optimizing performance : Regularly monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), draw actionable insights, and fine-tune campaigns for optimal results. Audience segmentation and targeting : Create precise audience segmentation strategies to ensure that your campaigns resonate with the right French-speaking audiences. Collaborating across teams : Partner with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and executed smoothly.
Staying ahead of trends : Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
What We’re Looking For: Fluency in French (written and spoken): You must be fluent in French to manage content and campaigns targeted at French-speaking audiences. Experience in digital marketing : Proven experience running successful digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEM, social media, email marketing, and display ads. Analytical and data-driven : Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns. Creative mindset : A flair for developing fresh and innovative ideas to improve marketing strategies and engage the target audience. Proficiency with marketing tools : Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Mailchimp). Organized and self-starter : Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines. Hybrid or onsite work flexibility : Open to working in a hybrid setup or from our Barcelona office, depending on your preference.
