We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations in Granada.

You will oversee a small team (3 people) and play a key role in recruitment, legal compliance, payroll, training, and employee engagement.

Your responsibilities Recruitment & Talent management •Develop and execute the yearly hiring strategy.

•Monitor attrition and implement retention strategies.

•Oversee salary grids and hiring budgets.

Legal & Compliance •Ensure labor law compliance and handle employee relations.

•Draft and validate contracts and disciplinary actions.

•Be the go-to person for HR legal matters.

Payroll & Compensation •Design and manage payroll structure and salary budgets in our office in Granada.

•Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

•Develop annual salary increase plans.

Training & Development •Oversee progress talks (annual reviews) and promotions for ELCA’s employees of Granada.

•Develop and manage the annual training plan of the Granada office.

Employee engagement & HR operations •Conduct HR follow up meetings and exit interviews.

•Be in charge of the welcome sessions for the new employees.

•Drive initiatives for employee satisfaction and retention.

•Lead HR projects and optimize HR processes.

•Manage and monitor the HR budget.

•Diploma or Degree in HR.

•Strong understanding of labor laws in Spain.
