Housekeeping Inspector

A Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas to assist the Hotel in delivering outstanding guest service experiences.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas to ensure rooms are in perfect condition before guest entry and during their stay. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Inspect a minimum of 10 rooms per hour in accordance with brand standards and cleanliness guidelines.

Complete inspection reports and share findings with respective departments.

Provide daily shift end reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

Complete work orders as needed and assist with other housekeeping duties if required.

Place rooms out of order if the room is not up to standards.

Coordinate out-of-order rooms between housekeeping, engineering, and front office to ensure timely return of room to inventory.

Continuously follow up on pending maintenance issues in the rooms/public spaces and update the status.
